Program Details

What is the Victory Club program?
Lee Roy Selmon’s Victory Club is a loyalty program created to reward our customers. Card holders and members receive points for their purchases (1 point for every dollar spent, excluding tax and tip). Every time a member earns 50 points, they will receive $5 off the next visit. Members will also receive “victories” on their birthdays and membership anniversary, as well as sneak previews and early access to special menu items.
How does it work?
It is very easy; simply show your server your Victory Club card at each visit. The server will swipe it, and you begin earning points for every purchase. If you happen to forget your Victory card, don’t worry, you can give the server your phone number or account number and still receive your rewards.

In Store
You can ask for an application for Victory Club. It is a short application that requires your first and last name, email address, zip code, phone number, and date of birth (so that we can provide you with your birthday reward). You will then receive your card and begin earning points immediately that visit, as well as an email for a free appetizer at your next visit.

Is there a fee to join?
There is no fee to participate in Lee Roy Selmon’s Victory Club rewards program. Anyone and everyone are welcome to join and start earning rewards.

Will my points accumulate when I visit different locations?
Yes, points will be awarded at all Lee Roy Selmon’s locations.

What if I forget my card?
No problem. Simply provide the server with your phone number or account number and you will receive the points for that visit.

What are the different membership levels?
Victory Club members receive 1 point for every $1 spent. Every time you earn 50 points, you will receive $5 off your next visit. You will also receive a free dessert on your birthday and a free appetizer on your membership anniversary. We will also send members coupon offers and sneak previews to special menu items. MVP membership is a premium tier for members who spend $200 in a 6 month period (to maintain MVP status members must maintain those $200 every 6 months). You will receive all the Victory Club perks plus earn rewards even faster by receiving 1.25 points per $1 spent. You can also get exclusive access to game tickets, concert tickets, theme parks and memorabilia. Reserved seating will also be available.

My Rewards

How do I earn points?
By dining at any Lee Roy Selmon’s. You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible transactions (does not include tax and gratuity).

Do my reward points expire?
No, but any account with inactivity for a 24 month period will be cancelled and lose all rewards.

When will my points show up in my account?
At the end of each visit, your receipt will show your updated points and rewards.

How do I check my points?
Click here to check the account status to see the points you have earned as well as update your profile. Your account balance will also be printed on each receipt when you dine at Lee Roy Selmon’s.

Do I earn points from gift cards?
Points will be earned when you redeem a gift card as long as you are a registered member of the Victory Card prior to the purchase. Reward points will be given to the gift card purchaser.

Can I use my reward points with coupons?
Reward points will be received on actual money spent. Points will not be earned on coupons or discounts.

How can I take advantage of making a reservation when I am an MVP member?
If you would like to make a reservation at any of the Lee Roy Selmon’s locations, just contact the store in advance and provide the team member with your card number or phone number. Once they verify that you are an MVP member, you will be able to make a reservation for up to 8 people. However, we will not be able to reserve bar seats since this area is self seating.

If I forget to give my information or card to the Lee Roy Selmon’s team member, can I still earn points?
No, points will not be applied if your member card is not presented before the server closes your check.

My Card Details

Where can I get my card?
When you sign up at any Lee Roy Selmon’s, the server will present you with and activated card. If you sign up online, you will be presented with a temporary card number that you can present to the server at your next visit to Lee Roy Selmon’s, then he/she will be able to give you your activated card.

I lost my card, how can I replace it?
No problem. Just go to any Lee Roy Selmon’s and all of your information, including rewards and points, will be transferred to the new card.

Can I have more than one card on my account?
You may only have one Victory Card on each account.

How do I edit my information?
By logging into your account, click account status and there you can change or update your profile.

I forgot my username or password. What do I do?
For username/password help, click here feature on Lee Roy Selmon’s reward website. A temporary password will be emailed to the most current email address we have on file for you. Once you log into your account with the temporary password, you will need to update your profile and create a new password. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us.

Communication Details

How often will you send me emails?
We realize you have a busy life and we never want to overload you or your inbox. Periodically, we’ll communicate by email or through the mail to keep you up to date and make sure you don’t miss any valuable rewards. You will always have the ability to opt out if you choose.

Why am I not receiving emails?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your email. You may have accidentally opted out of receiving emails from us. Depending on your provider, you may have to allow our emails to come through. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us.
